This is the terms of use when processing a purchase from www.ezelesweden.com. Using the website or fulfilling a purchase from our online store forms a contract between you and SOLBYTEK AB, tax no: 559275-3833. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use before making a purchase. Feel free to contact our customer support for any concerns.

CONFIRMATION
Once you have finalised your order a confirmation e-mail including your electronic invoice and order number will be sent to your e-mail address. All orders are processed in 1-2 days once your order has been completed.
The electronic invoice serves as guarantee of proof of your purchase. We recommend that you save this confirmation in order to maintain a contact with our customer service for any inquiries related to your purchase. Please double check that you have entered the correct e-mail and shipping address. It is your responsibility that the shipping address is correct.
PAYMENT
EZELE accepts payment via PayPal and credit card/debit card such as AMEX, VISA and MasterCard securely over the Internet. All our transactions are encrypted and handled by Shopify Payments and we do not store any bank details or card numbers. EZELE does not charge any costs or fees for card payments but your bank can charge you with extra fee depending on your card and bank. If a payment for any occasional reason is not received, EZELE automatically cancels the order and you may check your account balance or ensure that you card is opened for Internet purchases.
Payment with Klarna results in additional terms and conditions between you and Klarna. This is presented to you at checkout when you choose Klarna as payment option.
Payment with Swish only applies to customers from Sweden with a Swedish bank account and a Swedish phone number.
Promotion code has to be entered on checkout and will not be applicable after checkout has been approved.
TAXES
All of our prices on www.ezelesweden.com include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, VAT is excluded from the price. Since countries outside the EU have different VAT, legislation for taxes and import duties your order may be subject to these by the time the package reaches the delivery address. Please note that you will be responsible for the payment of these charges. The VAT will be based on your total order value irrespective of your order being subject to a sale. EZELE has no control over these charges and can therefore not estimate their amount. EZELE recommend you to contact your local customs and/or tax authority for further information.
ORDERING
We report all orders to the associated authority that are made in a person’s name without his/her knowledge. EZELE reserves the right to change prices and correct faulted prices on all orders. For the case when a price is faulted and the checkout process has been approved EZELE reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount in a suitable way.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Private consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days from the date the order has reached the delivery address. This right is only valid if EZELE is notified within these 14 days from the date the order has reached the delivery address and if the product together with its original packaging is returned in the same condition as it was when the consumer received it. EZELE is able to decline a refund if these requirements are not met. Refunds can take up to 5 business days depending on your payment method. Discounted items will be refunded with a gift card when refunded.
Exchange is not possible, you have to place a new order and return the former one back to us.
EZELE does not pay return shipping freight and it is paid by the consumer. You are responsible for the package from the time you send to the time it reaches our warehouse. Please be aware that the products are packed properly in order to avoid any damages during the return transport. It is recommended to send the package back with a tracking shipment option in order to maintain a history of the package and check the location.
Contact refunds@ezelesweden.com for your inquiries and enter your order number on the subject field of the e-mail in order to facilitate a better and a faster communication with our customer support.
WARRANTY
EZELE offers warranty up to one year on all products on the website www.ezelesweden.com from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing faults. Unfortunately EZELE's warranty is not valid and no refund will be made for defects or harms caused by:
- External damage impacts as heat, fire, water and/or other fluids.
- Intentional misuse and/or incorrect use leading to dents, broken, bent and/or crushed parts by for instance a product drop.
- Changes appeared due to normal wear and tear, aging caused by scratches, discoloration of the bracelet, flaking of the colour and worn leather.
- Conduct of repair or modification by substituting original parts that are not established by EZELE.
Please make sure to contact contact@ezelesweden.com by the time you notice a manufacturing error. We advise you to make your claim as soon as possible in order for us to be able to analyse it clearly. When sending your request you need to enter “reclaim of order” as subject of the e-mail, specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description including images showing the issue in a clear manner. Once we have received your request our customer service team will examine in accordance to the conditions mentioned above. In the case where no faults or defects covered by our warranty terms are observed your claim will be denied and you have the responsibility to pay the return cost of your product. Fraud attempts will automatically be reported to the authorities and EZELE has the right to cancel the reclaim process whenever a suspicious case is discovered. In the event where a fault is discovered in relation to our warranty terms a refund or change to the same product or a similar one (if the desired product is out of stock or no longer among our product selections) will be made. EZELE has the responsibility to pay the return cost of your product.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
EZELE will store some of your personal data when you sign up on our website www.ezelesweden.com. The purpose is to ensure a faster checkout process and thus make it smoother for you. You are able to at any instance change and/or remove your personal information. All personal data is treated as company confidential.
PRODUCT
EZELE reserves the right to change product selection and related information, revise prices and add cost. This right is permissible without the consumer’s knowledge and the purpose is to minimize the number of errors occurred on the website www.ezelesweden.com. Despite the high qualitative product images, colour differences between the product on the website www.ezelesweden.com and the same product in reality may occur due to the colour settings on your computer. The product images should be treated as illustrations. We always ensure the best possible product images, related product information and product highlights.
DELIVERY & FAULTY DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1-2 days after order confirmation is received. Orders are shipped to the delivery address normally within 1-10 business days, but depending on the receiving country and their customs office handling time, orders can take longer time to arrive to your destination. For security reasons, EZELE online purchases will require personal signature upon delivery.
EZELE offers free tracked shipping on all orders.
EZELE offers worldwide shipping and we always try to choose the best suitable shipping agency for your local shipping address in order to minimize the shipping lead-time. All of our products are shipped from our warehouse located in Sweden. In the case where your order has been delivered to a local service point (pick-up point) and you forget to collect your order in time, EZELE has the right to charge you for any eventual costs that may occur.
If your order has been harmed during shipping, you have to immediately report the incident to our customer support at contact@ezelesweden.com
In the case where you have received a faulty delivery and not got what you ordered make sure to contact our customer support by the time this is observed. We will review your request and get back to you with further information. EZELE will pay the return shipping cost but it is your responsibility to make sure the products are unpacked and in the same condition as you received them. Also be aware that the products have to be packed properly to avoid any damages during the return transport. If the desired product for any occasion is no longer available and/or has been discontinued EZELE reserves the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund.
Due to global impact of COVID-19, your order may run into unexpected delays.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights including trademarks and copyright on www.ezelesweden.com are owned by EZELE. Any use of the website www.ezelesweden.com or its content, including copying and storing such content in whole or part for commercial and/or other misbehaviour use, is prohibited without the permission of EZELE.
USER CONTENT
EZELE provide user generated content from e.g. social media applications for the website www.ezelesweden.com. EZELE does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos, animations, videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility. Suspicious violation of copyright and/or any other right including offensive user content can be informed to our customer support.
RECALL OF ACCOUNT
EZELE is permissible to terminate your account and/or your use of the website www.ezelesweden.com if any of our terms of use is intentionally breached and/or a suspicious behaviour is detected. Please notice that such recall of your account can be implemented without your notice.
