Orders are processed within 1-2 days after order confirmation is received. Orders are shipped to the delivery address normally within 1-7 business days, but depending on the receiving country and their customs office handling time, orders can take longer time to arrive to your destination. For security reasons, EZELE online purchases will require personal signature upon delivery.

Due to global impact of COVID-19, your order may run into delays. Also during sale periods your order may run into delays.

Ezele offers free tracked shipping on all orders.

Be aware that we send the product from Sweden. which is a country within the EU. Tax/import fees might occur if you are based outside of EU. Please check your local import legislation for further information. Ezele does not cover any additional tax/import fees.

Orders are eligible for return within 14 days from the date it is received. The product must remain in unused, original condition, and in its original packaging. Ezele does not cover return shipping fee. 

Discounted items will be refunded with a gift card when refunded.
