The products are prepared and shipped from Sweden.
There are no taxes or import fees within the EU borders since Sweden is a member of the European Union. Tax and import charges may occur outside EU borders. See local customs department of your country for further information. EZELE is not obligated to cover any additional tax/import fees.

Orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours after confirmed order or next business day.
Shipping time within Sweden is typically 1-2 days. For all other countries the shipping time varies between 2-6 days. Note that these times are estimations and delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions, customs handling time and documentation errors.
Orders processed during sale periods may affect the shipping time and could take longer time than usual.
Our ambition is always to minimize the shipping time as far as possible by picking the best suited logistics partner for your local destination.

We apply 14-days return policy from the day you receive the products and refund you the order amount(return shipping charges and customs fees not included). The product must be unworn and remain in unused condition together with its box and box belongings. Any damaged, defected or missing product, product box or box belongings will make the refund process declined. Discounted items will be refunded with a gift card when refunded.
Exchanges are not possible through refunds and instead a new purchase has to be processed. Contact refunds@ezelesweden.com for further inquiries regarding return issues.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your payment method.
For bracelets, use a dry microfibre cloth and apply a gentle motion on the bracelets. Do not use any chemical substances or soap. Avoid contact with sun, oil, sweat and perfumes. Do not use your bracelets at the gym, swimming pool and sea.
