This Privacy Policy describes how SOLBYTEK AB collects, uses and 
shares your personal information when you visit or make a 
purchase from ezelesweden.com (the "Site").

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Device Information. When you visit the Site, we automatically 
collect information about your device, including your web 
browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies installed on your 
device. We also collect information about the pages and products 
you view, what referred you to the Site, and how you interact 
with it.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

- Cookies: data files placed on your device, often including an 
  anonymous unique identifier. For more information, visit

- Log files: track actions on the Site, including IP address, 
  browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit 
  pages, and date and time stamps
- Web beacons, tags and pixels: electronic files used to record 
  how you browse the Site
- Analytics cookies from Google Analytics, used to measure 
  traffic. These services do not identify individual users

Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you have 
given your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time 
through the cookie settings on the Site.

Order Information. When you make or attempt to make a purchase, 
we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email 
address, phone number, and payment details. Card details are 
processed directly by our payment providers and are never stored 
by us.

Currency conversion. To display prices in your local currency, 
your IP address is processed to determine your location, and the 
selected currency is stored in a temporary session cookie that 
is removed when you close your browser.

Where we refer to "Personal Information" in this policy, we mean 
both Device Information and Order Information.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use Order Information to fulfil orders placed through the 
Site, including processing payment, arranging shipping, and 
providing invoices and order confirmations. We also use it to 
communicate with you and to screen orders for potential risk or 
fraud.

We use Device Information to screen for risk and fraud, and to 
improve and optimise the Site.

Marketing. We only send marketing emails to people who have 
given their consent, or to existing customers about similar 
products where permitted under Swedish marketing law. Every 
marketing email contains a link to unsubscribe, and you can opt 
out at any time.

- Legal obligation: retaining accounting records
- Consent: marketing emails, analytics and marketing cookies
- Legitimate interests: fraud prevention and improving the Site

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share Personal Information with providers who help us operate 
the business:

- Shopify, which powers our online store:

- Klaviyo, which we use for email marketing:

- Google Analytics, which helps us understand how the Site is

- Payment providers and shipping carriers, to process payment 
  and deliver your order

We may also share Personal Information to comply with applicable 
law, to respond to a lawful request, or to protect our rights.

TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU/EEA

Some of our providers process data outside the EU/EEA, including 
in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is made 
under the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or under 
the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, so that your data receives a 
level of protection equivalent to that under EU law.

DATA RETENTION

Order Information is retained for seven years, as required by the 
Swedish Accounting Act. Marketing contact details are retained 
until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete them. 
Analytics data is retained for the period set in Google 
Analytics.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you are resident in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Have your information deleted
- Restrict how we process your information
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing 
  carried out before you withdrew it

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish 
Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten,

DO NOT TRACK

We do not alter the Site's data collection practices in response 
to a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 15. If 
you are under 15, please use the Site with a parent or guardian 
present.

CHANGES

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or 
for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The date at the top 
shows when it was last updated.
