Shipping

Within Sweden, shipping is free on every order, whatever you spend.

Outside Sweden, shipping is free on orders over 2 000 SEK. Below that, the rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Free shipping applies to the specific delivery method marked as free. If you select a different delivery method, a shipping fee will be charged.

Tracking. All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

Delivery times. 2–5 business days within Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. 5–10 business days elsewhere in the EU. These are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, and may be longer depending on the receiving country's customs handling.

Uncollected parcels. If your order is delivered to a pick-up point and is not collected in time, EZELE reserves the right to charge any costs that arise.

Damage in transit. If your order is damaged during shipping, report it immediately to contact@ezelesweden.com.

Customs and duties. Orders within the EU carry no additional duties. For destinations outside the EU, any customs charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the date your order reached the delivery address to return it. This right is valid if EZELE is notified within those 14 days, and if the product together with its original packaging is returned in the same condition as received.

How to start a return. Email refunds@ezelesweden.com with your order number in the subject line. We will confirm the return address.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. You are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse. Please pack the items properly, and we recommend a tracked service so the package can be followed.

Your refund. Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue your refund within 14 days, to your original payment method. Depending on that method, the money typically appears in your account within 5 business days after we issue it.

Exchanges. We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original to us.

Faulty or incorrect items. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact contact@ezelesweden.com as soon as you notice. In those cases EZELE covers the return shipping cost.

Discontinued items. If a product is no longer available or has been discontinued, EZELE reserves the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund.

Warranty. Every piece carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This is separate from, and in addition to, your 14-day return right.
